When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices for customers in the United Kingdom are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT and delivery. Prices for customers in Germany and Austria are shown in euros (EUR) and include delivery, customs duties and import VAT; there are no additional charges on delivery. Payment is taken at checkout by PayPal or card.

5. Returns and cancellations
