Orders & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 4–6 working days anywhere in the UK, or within 4–7 working days to Germany and Austria.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — delivery is free on every order to the UK, Germany and Austria. There is no minimum spend.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes — we deliver to Germany and Austria as well as the UK. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid, so customs duties and import VAT are already included in the price and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. We do not currently ship to other countries.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@furnitureoutletnw.shop. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will update it for you.
What if my parcel is damaged or missing?
Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and payments are processed securely by PayPal and Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. UK prices are shown in GBP and include VAT and delivery. Prices for Germany and Austria are shown in EUR and include delivery, customs duties and import VAT.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free and your refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving the item.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes, every product comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page.
Products & Showroom
Do you offer assembly?
We do not offer an assembly service. Products come with clear instructions and are easy to assemble.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes — our showroom at 50 King Street, Blackburn BB2 2DT is open 7 days a week, 10:00–20:00.
Are your products new?
Yes, all products are brand new and supplied with full manufacturer packaging and instructions.
