Free delivery on all orders to the United Kingdom, Germany and Austria.
1–2 Day Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days, Monday–Friday.
UK, Germany & Austria
We deliver to every address in the UK (including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Germany and Austria.
Order Updates
You will receive email updates as soon as your order ships.
Delivery area
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, Germany and Austria. We do not currently ship to other countries.
Delivery times
UK orders arrive within 4–6 working days. Orders to Germany and Austria arrive within 4–7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are processed the next working day.
Orders to Germany and Austria: duties and taxes included
Orders to Germany and Austria are shipped from our UK warehouse on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are already included in the price shown at checkout, so you will never be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. Prices for customers in Germany and Austria are shown and charged in euros (EUR).

Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery on arrival and contact us within 48 hours at info@furnitureoutletnw.shop if anything is damaged or missing. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
