Refund Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns are FREE. Contact us and we will arrange collection at no cost to you.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or damaged items: please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
