Warranty

All our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, mechanisms and electrical components under normal domestic use.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or commercial use.

To make a claim, contact us at info@furnitureoutletnw.shop with your order number and photos of the issue.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
